2) What personal data we process and why

We process only data that are necessary to operate the website and to communicate with you. We do not use third‑party analytics or marketing tools, and we do not profile visitors.

  • Purpose: running, securing and troubleshooting the website.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Retention: typically 30–180 days in server logs.

  • Data: your name, e‑mail, phone number and message content that you voluntarily send to us (e.g., by e‑mail or phone; if a contact form is used, the same applies).
  • Purpose: answering your enquiry, negotiating and performing a contract if applicable.
  • Legal basis: performance of a contract / steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Retention: for the duration of our communication and up to 3 years afterwards to protect our rights and claims.

2.3 Legal obligations (if a contract is concluded)

  • Data: billing and contractual data where required by law.
  • Legal basis: compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Retention: for the statutory periods (typically 5–10 years under Czech law).

3) Recipients and processors

We may share data with trusted service providers who help us run the website and our communications, such as:

  • Hosting provider and infrastructure services
  • E‑mail provider
  • External IT support
  • Accounting provider (if a contract is concluded)

With all processors we have appropriate data processing agreements in place and we verify their security standards. We primarily use providers with servers in the EU/EEA. If any transfers outside the EU/EEA occur, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards.
